The upcoming general elections that will be handled by INEC have vacancies for supervisory presiding officers, and the commission will also require presiding officers, assistant presiding officers, and assistant presiding officers. Additionally, the positions of registration area technicians and registration area center managers are available through the INEC Adhoc Staff recruitment program, you can now check if you are shortlisted on the recent INEC Adhoc Staff List.

You can check to see if your name is on the INEC Adhoc list PDF 2023 by following the instructions that are provided here. Candidates who have applied in serving as ad hoc personnel and collation officers for the general elections in 2023 can now use the INECPRES portal after it has been activated, as authorized by INEC. This allows candidates to access the online portal.

In the meantime, the INEC Adhoc Staff list contains the names of candidates or the individuals who have been selected to move on to the next stage of the hiring process.

If you see your name here, it indicates that you will be required to take pre-screening tests and have all of the information that you provided during registration verified. If you do not see your name here, it does not mean that you are exempt from these requirements.

To check your name on this INEC Adhoc Staff list, kindly follow the steps below;

  • Go to https://pres.inecnigeria.org/
  • Login with your email and password
  • Navigate to “shortlisted candidates”
  • Download the shortlist and check your name

Once the INEC Adhoc scouting department has finished the selection process, the candidates who were chosen for further consideration will be notified via email and text message. Additionally, candidates whose names are included on the INEC Adhoc Staff List pdf will be sent information regarding the subsequent stage of the recruitment process.

Eligibility Criteria for 2023 INEC Adhoc Staff List

Participants for Adhoc positions at INEC are selected based on specific requirements to be considered on the INEC Adhoc Staff List. All prospective candidates must be degree holders from an accredited Nigerian university or college. They’ll need excellent communication skills and a command of the English language to succeed in this role.

The INEC Pres portal pres.inecnigeria.org will require all candidates for ad-hoc recruitment to upload certificates from their university or college.

Applicants should be ready to join the Adhoc workforce in INEC and put in long hours getting the country ready for the general elections in 2023.

Individuals who have used the Ad-hoc application portal provided by INEC and have uploaded all necessary materials. Those who have been chosen for further consideration in the hiring process will be contacted shortly.

How Can You Tell If You Are on INEC Adhoc Staff List

There are two ways to learn if you are on the INEC Adhoc Staff List and have been invited to take the INEC pre-screening exams. Among these are electronic mail and the INEC Adhoc Staff Recruitment Portal.

  • Through email

The organisers will send you a congrats message if you’re one of the applicants who made it to the next round. The notification will tell you when and where to go for the screening.

This approach is easy because it does not require much time or effort. Now, all you have to do is check your inbox to see if the commission has anything to say to you.

Make sure to keep your registration confirmation sheet and any correspondence you receive from the recruitment coordinators in a safe place.

Please bring both slips with you to the screening location.
