Eligible Requirements
- Eligible Countries: Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Indonesia, Kenya, Malaysia, Maldives, Nepal, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Thailand, or Vietnam.
- Eligible Course or Subjects: Undergraduate or postgraduate degree programme
- Admissible Criteria: To be eligible for the International Student Award, you will need to:
- Be a citizen from one of the above countries.
- Applying to the University of Western Australia as an international student on an Australian student visa
- Studying an eligible undergraduate or postgraduate course offered by the University and published in the UWA Handbook
- Enrolled to study a full-time course load
- Applicants must have a previous degree certificate with remarkable results.
- Language Requirement: Applicants are required to meet the English language requirements of the University to be eligible for a place.
Value of Scholarship
Each successful scholar will receive an award amount of up to AUD 20,000 at the University of Western Australia.

- How to Apply: If you want to be enlisted in the programme, aspirants have to take admission in the undergraduate or postgraduate degree programme. To apply for the International Student Award, email international@uwa.edu.au with the title ‘UWA International Student Award’ with your UWA student ID.
