Gerda Henkel Foundation Scholarship at University of Ghana: The University of Ghana got a grant from the Gerda Henkel Foundation of Germany to assist the training of PhD scholars in the Humanities under a project named Enhancing Doctoral Training in the Humanities in West Africa. In the process of the project, the University will be the sub-regional hub for the training of PhD scholars in the historical humanities (History, Archaeology, Historical Islamic Studies, Philosophy, History of Science, History of Law, Art History, Prehistory and Early History, Classics and other disciplines with historical component).
