The Clarendon Scholarships is open to intelligent and talented students with good academic records who wish to enroll for their degree program at the Institution. Over 500 Clarendon Scholarships are awarded to on-course scholars from around 70 different nations. The program provides successful candidates with living expenses, accommodation fees, tuition fees, book allowance and research allowance. The main objective of the Clarendon Scholarship is assisting intelligent students with a good academic record financially.

Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for the Clarendon Scholarship, applicant must meet the following requirements;
- Applicants must have a good academic record. The majority of successful scholars usually have at least a first-class honors degree or its equivalent. For example, a GPA score of at least 3.7, if the mark is out of 4, noting that a lot of the Clarendon scholars achieve higher than this score.
- Applicant’s future academic potential and aptitude of the proposed course of study; usually derived from reviewing candidate’s references and research proposals.
- Candidate will be assessed through evidence of the applicant’s commitment to the proposed course as well as evaluation of the personal statement and the referees’ reports
