Applications for the Macquarie University Vice-Chancellor’s International Awards is now open for international students who wish to enroll for their degree program.
The scholarship is limited, so interested applicants are encouraged to apply early. The Macquarie University Vice-Chancellor’s International Awards is open for both undergraduate and postgraduate students and offers up to AUD $10,000 applied towards your tuition fee.

Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for the Macquarie University Vice-Chancellor’s International Award, interested applicants are expected to meet the following requirements:
- Applicants must meet the Academic and English requirements for a Macquarie University Bachelor or Postgraduate Coursework Degree.
- Applicants must achieve a minimum WAM equivalent of 65 for Postgraduate applications; or a minimum ATAR equivalent of 85 for Undergraduate applications.
- Candidate must be accepted into a Macquarie University Bachelor or Postgraduate Coursework Degree commencing in the next year.
- Applicants are required to provide evidence of meeting the Macquarie University’s minimum English language proficiency requirements.
Application Procedures
Interested applicants should ensure they complete and submit their online course application form. Once your course application has been processed, you will receive a Macquarie University Student Number which is compulsory to submit the online scholarship application form. Candidates must complete an online scholarship application form and type “VCIS” in the Scholarship Name field. Not all scholarships require an application form some are automatically accessed.
