Qatar Airways National Scholarship Program invites applications from Qatari students to undertake higher education at national and international universities for academic year 2020-2021. The National Scholarships Program provides financial and academic support to Qatari students studying in Qatar and overseas. Students are offered aid at the time of their studies, and upon completion of those studies, they join Qatar Airways as Graduate Developers. As part of this support, students are required to conduct one internship after their second year of study (sophomore year) and one internship after their third year (junior year). The Internship Program is primarily in place for the development of students; however other students may apply for the program.
As part of Qatar Airways duty to Nationalization, Qatar Airways have a superb National University Studies Scholarship Program which backs Qatari students to attend academic studies (Undergraduate and Postgraduate) at educational institutions in the State of Qatar or overseas. Qatar Airways have 23 diverse degree majors which includes full range of subjects from aviation management to journalism to business. Only institutions accredited by the Higher Education Institute of the State of Qatar will be accepted by Qatar Airways for the National Scholarships Program.

Eligibility for Qatar Airways National Scholarship Program
To qualify for Qatar Airways National Scholarship Program, you ought to fulfill the following criteria:
- Be a Qatari National (or Qatari mother).
Qatari Applicant (Qatar Airways National Scholarship Program)
- Get a total of 80% or equivalent in High School with at least 80% in Math, English and Science.
- Accredited Secondary school certificate for the current or the prior year.
- English proficiency as below:
- TOEFL CBT: 196, TOEFL iBT: 70.
- IELTS: 5.5 not below 5 in each component (not below 5.5 in Writing and Reading each).
Qatari Mother Applicant (Qatar Airways National Scholarship Program}
- Get an overall 90% or equivalent in High School with a minimum 90% in Math, English and Science.
- Accredited Secondary school certificate for the current or the prior year.
- English proficiency as below:
- TOEFL CBT: 196, TOEFL iBT: 70.
- IELTS: 6 not below 5.5 in each component (not below 5.5 in Writing and Reading each).
- Pass the Company’s medical test.
- Obtain a police clearance certificate.
- For High School fresh graduated student, you must complete National Service unless the university offer is produced from list of universities approved for the Emiri Scholarship Program.
- Accept the department and work place allocated by Qatar Airways.
- Excel a personal interview with the organization.
- Offer letter from a University and in a field accepted by the organization.(Foundation under Third party are not acceptable)
